With so much going on in the world right now with the global crisis we have found ourselves in, I've been reminded in the midst of this sense of helplessness that there is always, always, always something we can do. In this particular case, it isn't so much about doing but more so about being.
In this short episode, I explore the simplicity and yet deeply profound instruction from Gandhi to "Be the change you wish to see in the world." What does this mean and how can we embody it in modern-day life? Let's dive deeper into the way our thoughts and feelings create our reality, and how Being the change requires us to be present moment-to-moment to every thought form, belief, judgement, opinion, so that we may align our state of being with that which we wish to see in the world.
